Sadness Fills the Air

Now that the NFL is in lockout mode, the fans aren't very happy. It is clear what the fans want, and that is football. They want this problem solved as soon as possible, but a lot of them on Twitter.com has even more to say than that. Some fans are very unpleased that the situation got this far without getting a new deal done. Some fans are mad that the owners want a couple more billion dollars when the fans are making eight dollars an hour. They are truly upset as well as they should be. Knowing the fact that this is influencing the NFL right now and for years to come.

With no new deal, there can be no trades during the draft. As of right now there is no free agency. This can really affect players like Carson Palmer who wants to be traded, but can't. The Eagles can not trade away Kevin Kolb. This can affect players careers, and the way a franchise may be headed.

What is the reason for all of this? The rich are just trying to get richer. That is the honest truth. I love the NFL more than anyone, and I love the game, but this is nothing but a lot of greed. Look at what is going on around the world. All you hear about anymore is that people are laid off, losing jobs, don't have much money, along with all the other tragedies going on in the world like the Arizona shooting, and a massive earthquake in Japan. Then you see these guys fighting over millions and billions of dollars. I read an article a few days ago, and it was real. It said things like preseason games are the same price as regular season pice games if you are a season ticket holder. The average working man can't go take his family to go see an NFL game. All of this is true. The NFL does not treat their fans like they should. The fans are the only reason that the players have millions of dollars.

The fans want this process over with. The longer the NFL waits, the fans are going to get more mad. I side with the NFL fans. We want to see football this fall, and we don't want anything to disrupt that. Now there is more on this topic, but that will come up later on later articles. Let me hear you NFL fans, tell everyone how you feel about this problem.
