Robert Griffin III is an all around good athlete. Has a good strong arm, but more accurate than many people realize. Which is a trait that you do not see from many scrambling quarterbacks. Has good ball placement. Very fast and can cause many problems for defenses. Heisman Trophy winner. Seems to be a good leader on and off the field. Has all the intangibles you want to see and is a guy that a lot of teams in the top 10 want.
