PFH 2012 Mock Draft - Picks (21-26)

Bengals, 21st Pick - Kendall Wright (WR), Baylor
Kendall Wright is a guy that can really stretch the field. Good hands and knows how to make plays. Responsible for making Robert Griffin look very good on a lot of great catches that he has made. As I said earlier in my mock draft, they could address the defense. They could also use a corner back, but with a talent like Wright still out there at this point, and combine him with a guy like A.J. Green, Andy Dalton will be one happy quarterback. Now people were kind of disappointed in Wright at the Combine, but that doesn't matter to me. I know what happens when this guy puts on the pads and he is dangerous.

Browns, 22nd Pick - Melvin Ingram (DE/OLB), South Carolina
I love Melvin Ingram. Arguably the best all around athlete in this draft class. Was a quarterback in high school. In South Carolina was on the hands team during on-side kicks. They used Ingram to run fake punts and everything. He can intercept the ball and I haven't even got to his pass rushing skills yet. Would be a smart pick for the Browns to have someone like Ingram on your roster. Very good strength and explosiveness. Can get to the quarterback and also stop the run.Very good motor. Will be an excellent fit for either a 3-4 OLB or 3-4 DE. Will be a solid player.

Lions, 23rd Pick - Stephon Gilmore (CB), South Carolina
Maybe a future shut down corner back here. Now I don't like to use that term because it is over used and it takes credit away for guys like Champ Bailey and Darrelle Revis. I say that because he held his own at South Carolina every single game. Started all 40 games for them in his three seasons there. Made four interceptions in his career at South Carolina and 46 tackles. Ball was not thrown to his side much. I think Detroit definitely needs to address their defense here. With the league getting better and better at passing each year, you need some young good talent at corner. You get that with Gilmore. It makes good sense to me, but we will have to see what happens on draft day.

Steelers, 24th Pick - Devon Still (DT), Penn State
Devon Still has dropped on a lot of boards, but I like him. Here is a guy that is 6'4 and over 300 pounds. He says he is still irritated by a turf toe injury he suffered a few days before they played Houston on January 2nd. He is and All-American defensive tackle and although he does have a bit of a history with injuries, he is worth it in my eyes. The man plays hard if you watch his film and watch what he is able to do when he is healthy. Casey Hampton getting a little older, it's time to start looking for a replacement option for this older defense.

Broncos, 25th Pick - Jerel Worthy (DT), Michigan State
Another talented defensive tackle. This first round is full of them as we know. A good run stopper and can get to the quarterback when asked. Can plug holes and really a good role player. The Broncos have a good young defense but there are still places where they can excel and be even better. I think this pick makes them a better defense and helps them move a bit closer to their goals this season.

Texans, 26th Pick - Stephen Hill (WR), Georgia Tech
Stephen Hill lit up the NFL Scouting Combine. In my eyes looked like the best wide receiver out there. Thing is, at Georgia Tech, they run the ball a lot, so there is not much film on him catching the ball. Although, when he does, he does a good job at it. Very fast and explosive. Can go up and get the ball. Andre Johnson could teach Hill a lot and develop him into a good receiver. The Texans could use the talent that Hill possesses. Texans may want to think about taking this risk to make this offense even better.
