Well if things didn't look bad enough for the Eagles before, they go even worse. After not having star receiver Desean Jaskson last week from a coaches decision to not let him play because he missed a special teams meeting, the Eagles will be without another big target on Sunday in wide receiver Jeremy Maclin. Not only will Maclin be out this Sunday, but quarterback Michael Vick has been ruled out as well. Maclin is dealing with shoulder and ankle injuries. Meanwhile, Vick suffered two broken ribs last week against the Cardinals.
Stepping in their places will be QB Vince Young and WR Riley Cooper will be getting more playing time. WR Desean Jackson has to prove that he learned his lesson this past week and go out there and perform with his team, but it won't be easy as the Eagles are facing division rivals the New York Giants. The Giants just suffered a crushing loss to the 49ers and they are looking to pick up this game to pay back for it. Can the Eagles pull it off on Sunday Night without two key players and be try to ruin the Giants' playoff hopes?
